As we juggle our own personal and professional lives, it’s important not to lose time for the important relationship building that boosts job performance and helps prevent worker fatigue.

Groups can feel empowered and inspired at Fairview Lake. Whether it’s recreation or just a safe meeting space you’re looking for to set goals and strengthen relationships, we can work with you and your group to provide programming that is tailored to your needs and interests. We offer flexible scheduling so you can conduct your own activities as well. With our upgraded WiFi, you can stay as connected as you want to be.

Spend a day at camp or a whole weekend! Fairview Lake YMCA Camps offers plenty of space to get together safely, while enjoying the beauty of northern New Jersey this time of year. Within our 660 acre campus, we have private cabins with heat for colder months, a large dining hall with room for seating indoors and outdoors, and spacious conference areas. We adhere to social distancing guidelines, and screen all visitors and staff at camp for COVID-related symptoms upon arrival and daily, and we ask all staying at camp to self-screen as well.

Retreat Center Location

We are located on 660 acres in beautiful Northern New Jersey alongside the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in a sleepy town of Stillwater Township. Our camp sits on a mile-long spring fed lake overlooking several ridges creating natural breathtaking lake views all day. We are remote enough to help everyone stay focused on their retreat goals, but located only 90 miles from NYC.

The Y’s venue inspires creativity and interaction. Our versatile facilities offer a variety of spaces that fit groups of all different sizes and types. Flexible meeting spaces can accommodate a vast range of groups and events, and are designed to foster interconnectedness between individuals. From large lectures to small breakout sessions, our comfortable facilities and natural surroundings provide the ideal retreat venue.

Rooms and Accommodations

For a variety of overnight lodging experiences, the Y features accommodations in a variety of styles to accommodate a range of preferences and budgets. Our duplex-style cabins are charming and can accommodate co-ed groups easily. The cabins are equipped with heat, lights, outlets, bathrooms, showers, and toilets. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are standard in the cabins. Please bring your own linens.

Dining and Food

Our standard buffet-style service accommodates a wide range of tastes and preferences. Vegan, Vegetarian, Pork-Free and other dietary needs are easily accommodated, and we can coordinate Kosher and Haalal meals.

On-Site Activities

The Y offers adventure and team building activities that are fun for all ages and all levels. Each group has the ability to create a custom experience that’s tailored to your needs.
