General Packing Recommendations

Camp is about comfort and fun! Below is a packing list to help guide you when packing. For children, bringing an extra pair of shoes, and an extra outfit for unexpected mud-puddles is always recommended. Please add masks to your packing list (pack a few for everyone, they are a commonly lost item here at camp, and are not kept as lost and found!)

WHERE YOU'LL STAY

Year Round Units:

The year-round side of Fairview Lake YMCA Camps has three winterized cabin units and a large lodge. Each family, unless they request something different, will have their own cabin to call home for the weekend

Traditional Cabins

The buildings are duplex in style. Each side of a building is identified by a cabin number (listed below). Each cabin has 10-12 built in bunks and its own indoor bathroom with flush toilets and showers. The cabins have heat, electric lights and outlets. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are standard in each cabin.

Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fall Family Camps will also be able to rent cabins or tent in this area.

Warrior

Six cabins, each with eight built-in bunks. (Cabin capacity: 48; not suitable for tenting) A bathhouse with hot showers, flush toilets and sinks is centrally located in the unit. A basketball court, Kittatinny Program Lodge and the Wakigan Waterfront are a short walk away.
