Residential Trips
Our most popular programs for Environmental Education are our Residential Programs. Students, teachers, and chaperones can stay for 2-5 days, with plenty of time for classes, activities, play, and learning! Schedules can vary based on your school's focus and desired outcomes. When building your school's schedule for your stay, our experienced staff can guide you in creating a well-rounded experience for students and teachers.
Students, Teachers, and Chaperones will stay overnight in cabins. For more information on accommodations, please visit our What to Expect page.
Programs:
The following is a list of programs available through Fairview Lake’s Environmental Education Center to visiting residential school groups. The activities and depth of the subject matter will vary depending on the grade level of the group and the length of time permitted for each class. It is our recommendation that classes be a minimum of 1.5 hours with a target class size of 15-18 per group.
