Day Trips
If your school is not able to stay at camp overnight, a day trip, extended day trip or a series of day trips are a great solution. Available for K-12 students, our programs are designed to integrate into the school curriculum. For day groups, we recommend groups to be between 15-18 students. Meals and snacks for day programs are available for an additional fee.
Programs:
The following is a list of programs available through Fairview Lake’s Environmental Education Center. The activities and depth of the subject matter will vary depending on the grade level of the group and the length of time permitted for each class. It is our recommendation that classes be a minimum of 1.5 hours with a target class size of 15-18 per group. Each group must have a chaperone from your school.
