Summer Camp Winter Reunion

Thursday, December 28 - Saturday, December 30, 2017

For current and future summer campers, in grades 2-10

Winter is coming and we want to see you at camp! Join us for a great weekend of unique winter activities, fun and games and building friendships through new activities and adventure! 

What's happening at Reunion this year?

Just like our summer camp daily schedule, campers at Winter Reunion can choose their activities! We’ll have activity periods while you’re at camp, with a variety of things for you to do. Sign up for something new or grab your friends and head to your favorite activity area.

What else happens at Reunion?

Campers and Staff will party the evening away at a fun Pre-NYE party in minisink. We'll have a campfire, night activities, and other fun surprises throughout the reunion. 

What if my child is new?

Winter Reunion is a great way for kids to try camp, be brave and bold, and can help your family decide if sleepaway camp is right for them. While at camp, we’ll spend time intentionally helping children build friendships. Games, teamwork, silly songs, friendly competitions and our awesome staff will bring kids together. Bonding over a shared interest, or discovering a hidden strength or talent help kids see the best in each other, and make for lasting memories. 

What about the weather?

Activities include both indoor and outdoor options, but remember that all children should have weather-appropriate clothing – we’ll be walking between buildings every day! Warm hats, gloves, a jacket, warm pants and appropriate shoes are required for everyone.

Where will campers stay and eat?

Campers will be staying in our year-round cabins, which have heat, indoor plumbing and are nice and cozy even in winter months! Campers will be grouped by gender and age, and we will do our best to accommodate one bunkmate request per child.  Everyone will enjoy meals in our dining hall. If your child has special food needs, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can make proper arrangements. 

Camp begins Thursday, December 28. Check in is from 10am-noon. Camp ends Saturday, December 30, in the morning. Check out is 9-11am!

ETC Winter Reunion

February 2-4, 2018

Join us this winter for a weekend at camp! Reconnect with friends and staff, play games, be creative, and have a ton of fun. Make sure you bring your snow gear, sleds, skates and are ready for outdoor and indoor adventures. Five hot, delicious meals, two nights lodging, evening snacks, and non-stop fun!
