Dear Parents:
Fairview Lake YMCA Camps becomes a 'summer home' for campers and staff alike. Our goal is for each and every camper to feel at home as soon as they arrive at camp. Campers return year after year, gain acceptance into our Counselor-In-Training Program and often advance to become counselors and key staff members. Our camp alumni return in the summer to share memories of their summers spent at Fairview and enjoy learning that camp traditions
from the years gone by remain strong.
Even our youngest campers realize that they are at a special place, a place where they can be themselves and feel a sense of belonging. They feel safe to enjoy new experiences, learn new skills and make new friends in a supportive and caring environment. As campers mature into their teens and young adulthood they gain an even greater appreciation for the opportunities and exciting activities Fairview Lake YMCA Camp provides for them.
Our mature and well-trained staff help campers learn the four core values of the YMCA - caring, honesty, responsibility and respect. Our stimulating programs, excellent facilities and exceptional staff provide an environment where self-confidence, self-reliance and respect for others flourish. We hope that your family will soon be counted among the thousands of families who have enjoyed - and continue to enjoy - The Fairview Experience.
Many campers who participate in our Specialty Camp programs also spend time in our Traditional Camp, Ranch Camp
or Environmental Trips for Challenge programs. Let us help you plan your child's summer camp experience--
we are here to help you.
The Fairview Lake Staff
We are committed to providing your family the best camping experience. From selecting Fairview Lake for summer camp,
to feeling part or our extended family, given the opportunity, we will work in partnership with you every step of the way.
