As a Branch of the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges the Fairview Lake YMCA is part of a powerful Association of members, volunteers and staff who are joined together by a shared passion to strengthen the foundation of the communities we serve. The YMCA is dedicated to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility which, ensures that every individual has access to the essentials needed to learn, grow and thrive. Serving more than 164,000 members and program participants throughout the state of New Jersey the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges has the long-standing relationships and physical presence not just to promise, but to deliver, lasting personal and social change.

In 2011 Fairview Lake YMCA was proud to collaborate with the following partners:

Stillwater Boy Scouts, Stillwater Cub Scouts, 4-H Shooting Club, Sussex County YMCA, Fredon Green Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, SCARC, Schools and Colleges, Nature Conservancy, REI, Red Cross, ACA, Project Self Sufficiency, Other YMCAs, and Faith Based Organizations.

In addition to our collaborations, the Fairview Lake YMCA also provided our facilities to these organizations:

4-H Shooting Club, Sussex County YMCA, Fredon Green Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, SCARC, Schools and Colleges, Nature Conservancy, Red Cross, ACA, Project Self Sufficiency, Other YMCAs, Faith Based Organizations, Stillwater Boy Scouts, Stillwater Cub Scouts, and Fairview Lake & Watershed Conservation Foundation.

During 2011 the Fairview Lake YMCA was a partner in these community events:

Art Expo, Winter Wonderland, Spring into Spring, Easter Egg Hunt, Healthy Kids Day, Mother’s Day, Fishing Derby, Family Harvest Day, Geocaching, Tree Lighting, Community Leader’s Brunch, Solar Sprints, Programs-After School Sites, School Parents Nights, Fredon Day, Stillwater Day, Plainsboro Star Lab, Greenfest, Boy Scouts Jamboree, Chamber Booth at Sussex County Fair, and Sparta & Frankford Schools.

Through our YMCA Mission, Vision, Values the Fairview Lake YMCA were part of building a healthier community with:

Children, Parents, Diverse Community, Seniors, ACA, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Stillwater Cub Pack, Stillwater Boy Scout Pack, Project Self Sufficiency, ANJEE, NYSOEA, PAEE, NJ Audubon, Fish Game & Wildlife, Nature Conservancy, SCARC, Schools and Colleges, 4H Sharpshooters, Green Acres, Fairview Lake Community Association, and 4H Bunny and Cavies Program.
